I am in my 27th year with Jostens and have never been more excited to be part of something so special as creating yearbooks. It is a privilege to do what I do each day and I value the friendships I have developed over the years with my yearbook advisers, administrators and staffs. The best part of my job is working closely with the students and advisers. I witness amazingly creative minds at work as well as understanding what kind of yearbooks the students will want to get their hands on.
This job keeps me young and in touch with what's important. I learn from the students as much as they learn from me. I greatly enjoy their individual views on life and current events (no matter how whacky they are). I partner with a variety of schools from elementary schools through the college level, so I see it all. All of my yearbook staffs get 100% of my attention, commitment and service to ensure expectations are exceeded. Schools have consistently chosen Jostens and me to help them preserve their memories for a lifetime. In fact, Jeff and I currently work with over 180 schools.
My job philosophy is straight forward and has worked for my entire career... You give me a chance to be your rep and I will not let you down. If we make a mistake, it will be attended to in a timely manner and resolved to your complete satisfaction. I am not a manufacturer's representative, I am YOUR representative. In short, I have your back.
My 25 plus years of experience have taught me much. I understand the demands of advising a yearbook and balancing other school and family obligations. I am committed to making your role easier, more manageable and less stressful. Most importantly, I go to great lengths to ensure that you meet your yearbook goals. My mission is to support your mission.

Jeff started his life in yearbooks more than thirty years ago when he was a photographer for his college yearbook. The power of pictures to tell stories in print has always been one of his passions. He is a graduate of the University of Missouri with a degree in photojournalism. After a lengthy and rewarding career in community journalism, Jeff returned to his yearbook roots in 1997 when he joined the Jostens team.
Jeff's creative energy as a Jostens Rep focuses on "making an adviser's life easier. After all of the years in this business, I still feel honored to play a big role in teaching photography, journalism, business, organizational, and leadership skills to students."

Kyle is relatively young in his yearbook career but was brought on board to the Josten's team for his expertise with his previous career experiences. Kyle is a graduate of Missouri State with and Finance degree. He has spent the last 14 years specializing in creating budgets for projects and then executing the plan to make sure all goals are met. He also has created many marketing campaigns to maximize sales and therefore profit for his customers. He is a great asset in helping schools set up the marking campaigns and keeping them on track to make sure the cash flow for each yearbook program is in the positive. "I believe by helping with this aspect of the Yearbook process alleviates a lot of stress and let's the advisors focus on the "FUN" part of the Yearbook".
